🛍 Refund Policy
At Uplifted Moments, we want you to love your box!
Due to the limited-edition nature of our monthly boxes, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please email lisa@upliftedmoments.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue store credit if approved.
Your satisfaction matters to us — we’ll always do our best to make it right!
🚚 Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States.
Your payment will be drafted on the 1st of each month. Boxes will be packed and ready for pickup or shipping within 15 days of that payment, sometimes earlier! If you sign up after the 1st of the month, then your payment will be drafted the following month on the 1st.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout — we’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first, then email us if you still need help.

We collect personal information such as your name, email, and address only to process orders and improve your shopping experience.
Your information is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required to complete transactions (such as payment processing and shipping).
