At Uplifted Moments, we want you to love your box!

Due to the limited-edition nature of our monthly boxes, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@upliftedmoments.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue store credit if approved.

Your satisfaction matters to us — we’ll always do our best to make it right!

🚚 Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

New subscriptions are charged at the time of purchase. Your first box is scheduled according to our monthly order cycle, based on when you subscribe.

Subscription boxes are packed and shipped between the 18th and 21st of their scheduled month, and sometimes a little earlier! 💙

Local pickup is available for eligible orders. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup—please wait for that confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Once your subscription is established, future renewals are processed according to your subscription schedule. For more information, please see our How Billing Works page.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and updated before your order is processed. We’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If tracking shows a carrier delay, please check with the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us at hello@upliftedmoments.com
